It’s just a Season

Have you ever had one of those days, months, years where it seems like you just can’t catch a break. No matter what you do, no matter how you act, no matter how good you eat, no matter how hard you may workout it just seems like you can’t catch a break. I have definitely experience that in my lifetime.

So over the past couple of years I’ve been dealing with family concerns and as I thought I was finally getting everything settled and finally learning who I was and am it was then when it all happened. I was running one morning and I suffered from an injury that seemed like it would not go away for months upon months. Well that was a big problem for me because….Running was my escape it was my way of helping with my problems, it was my way out of eating a whole jar of ice cream or eating the whole bag of trail mix. Running was my serenity, it was my peace. So to lose that was devastating. So imagine  that all happening at the same time or you may have experience something similar to this and maybe even worse.

So what if it did happened?

This is just to say…Stuff happens….Life happens….Sometimes you may feel like no matter how much you may try to live a healthier lifestyle or engage in physical activity/fitness…Stuff just keeps coming in your way…You just can’t catch a break. Well I am here to say that It’s just a Season. We all have it…It is how we choose to handle it is what makes us Strong..It is what makes us one BAD MOTHER…You know what. So how will you handle STUFF that comes your way? Will you just get frustrated and fall back into your old habits or will you fight it?  Will you find other ways to engage into physical activity, find other options that can help lead to a healthier lifestyle. The choice is yours..The ball is in your court. Choose YOU….Choose to not fall victim to LIFE..Choose to grab a hold of LIFE itself and KEEP MOVING FORWARD.

Remember it’s only a SEASON
